AlbertaRELM: The App to Manage Hunting and Fishing Licences

AlbertaRELM is the official licence management application for hunting and fishing for the Government of Alberta. The app is designed to store all hunting and fishing licences in one place, making it convenient for users to manage their licences. With AlbertaRELM, users can easily present their licence details to law enforcement officers for verification in the field.

One of the best features of the app is that it allows users to manage and carry all their hunting and fishing licences on their mobile device. The app also includes integration of harvest and effort reporting directly in the App, with more new features coming soon.

It is important to note that the only acceptable form of electronic licence is through the AlbertaRELM App, and hunters must be able to produce the electronic app or paper licence when requested by an Officer during field compliance checks. Additionally, for licences that require tags, the associated tag forms part of the licence and must be physically produced when requested. Alberta’s Hunting and Sportfishing Regulations prohibit the carrying of someone else’s licence.
